Artaxis.org is a juried website featuring contemporary ceramics artists. Artists apply to be on the site; a jury of artists who are already on the site is randomly selected, and they decide if the new artist should be included. It's easy to navigate, and many of the artists also have links to their own websites.
Access Ceramics is also a juried website that features high-quality, downloadable images of contemporary ceramic artists. This site has the advantage of a searchable database; you can search by object type (cups, figurative sculpture, installation); temperature (cone 6), technique (wheelthrown, slipcast), etc.
Ayumi Horie is a ceramicist with the biggest links page of anyone I know. She has lots of links to individual artists, as well as arts organizations, blogs, and other useful sites.
